We promise not use it for any reason other than to set-up and administer your membership, provide and improve the services you request from us and (if you agree) provide you with the occasional update on events and services that we think you will like. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise. This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) sets out our data processing practices and your rights and options regarding the ways in which your personal information is used and collected

Information we collect

We offer services directly from us at www.londonbikestudio.org or at a London Bike Studio workshop. We collect information for bookings, membership, services and products as detailed below:

Bookings
When you make a booking with us, you may be asked to provide information so that we can complete your booking. We collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and payment information. Please note, we do not store any payment or credit card information. We only use payment information in connection with the purchase.

Membership
When you sign up to a membership with us, you may be asked to provide information so that we can carry out the two services associated to your membership; recording the work we do on your bike(s) and discounting your purchases. We collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and description of your bicycle(s). If you sign up to receive it, we also use this data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about cycling events, or workshop special and other types of updates.

Services and purchases
When you request a service or make a purchase with us, you may be asked to provide information so that we can complete your service or deliver your product. We collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and payment information. Please note, we do not store any payment or credit card information. We only use payment information in connection with the purchase.

Information obtained from other sources
We may receive information about you from other sources, including third parties, such as social media platforms.

How we use this information

We use the above information to carry out the service you’ve requested from us, carry out any follow up with you about the service, and help with any issues related to the service. Processing your personal data for this purpose is necessary for the performance of the agreement we have with you. The London Bike Studio promises not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services we offer. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.

For example, we may contact you by email or other means of electronic communication to inform you about new London Bike Studio products or services, invite you to take part in events, or update you on an issue. You can only access your London Bike Studio account information and our service through the use of an individual user login and password. London Bike Studio will retain your personal information for as long as we deem it necessary to enable you to use the website, to provide services to you.

All shopping websites use cookies and without them the site would not work.
