1. 01

   Check your scheme

   Ask your employer which Cycle to Work scheme they use and check any spending limit or application requirements.

2. 02

   Choose your bike and get a quote

   Choose your bike and any eligible accessories. We’ll prepare your quote and can reserve or order your bike with a 25% refundable London Bike Studio holding deposit while your Cycle to Work application is processed.

3. 03

   Apply for your voucher

   Submit your application through your employer or their Cycle to Work provider using the quote we give you.

4. 04

   Send us your voucher

   Once your voucher, certificate or provider approval is ready, email it to shop@londonbikestudio.org . We’ll confirm everything and prepare your bike and accessories.

5. 05

   Collect and ride

   We’ll contact you when your bike is ready for collection. Once your scheme has been successfully processed, any London Bike Studio holding deposit you paid will be refunded. Then you’re ready to ride.

What could you save?

Salary sacrifice normally reduces the salary on which Income Tax and National Insurance are calculated. The amount you actually save depends on your earnings, tax position, employer, scheme provider and the provider’s end-of-hire arrangements.
