FAQs

Where do the courses take place?

Courses take place at London Bike Studio, 129–131 Stoke Newington Road, London N16 8BT.

Where can I find current prices and dates?

Current prices, available dates and spaces are shown through our booking system. Use the booking button for the course you are interested in, or choose “View all maintenance courses & book”.

Can I learn with a friend or my child?

One-to-one tuition has a bring-a-buddy option. Family fun tuition lets you learn alongside your child. Check the relevant booking page for the options currently available.

Can I work on my own bike?

Yes. One-to-one tuition can be based around your own bike, and Junior Club sessions are designed around children working on their own bikes. Some other maintenance courses may also involve your own bike or wheel; check the booking information for the course.

Can I work on my own wheel during Tubeless Mastery?

Yes. If you bring or buy the required materials, you can set up one of your own wheels tubeless during the course. Check the booking page for the latest course information before attending.

What should my child bring to Junior Bike Mechanics Club?

Children should bring their own bike, a packed lunch, a water bottle and old or dark clothes that can get oily. Any additional information for a particular club will be provided when booking.

How do I arrange a bike-building session?

Use the Build Your Dream Bike booking page to view the current options. The project can then be planned around your bike, components and the work you want to do.
