Walk-ins are welcome, but availability isn’t guaranteed. We’ll do our best to fit in punctures and quick repairs, depending on how busy the workshop is. Contacting us first is always recommended. Call 020 8064 0425 and choose option 2.

Please bring your bike in during the morning of your booked drop-off date, or the evening before. An early drop-off gives us the best chance of completing your service that day.

We aim to return your bike the same day where possible, provided it is dropped off in the morning, but please allow 1–3 days. During busy periods or when parts need ordering, it may take longer.

We’ll assess your bike first. If the work falls within your booked service and no new parts or extra charges are needed, we’ll go ahead.

If additional work or parts are needed, we’ll send you a quote and wait for your approval before proceeding. We’ll recommend the work needed to get your bike into the best possible condition. If you have questions about the cost or proposed repairs, we’re happy to discuss the quote with you.

Our service package prices cover the labour described. Replacement parts are not included. If your bike needs new parts, we’ll send you a quote and ask for your approval before fitting them.

Yes. If we can supply the same or comparable products within a suitable timeframe, we may apply a “corkage fee” of up to 20% of the labour charges when fitting customer-supplied parts or accessories. Please contact the workshop before bringing your own parts.

Please collect your bike within three days of completion. If you decide not to approve a quote, please collect your bike within three days of the quote date.

After this period, we reserve the right to charge a £5 daily storage fee. This helps us keep the workshop clear and available for other repairs.

Workshop Customer Booking Waiver

Thank you for choosing London Bike Studio for your bike maintenance and repair needs. When confirming a booking in our shop or online, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service for any bicycle, including e-bikes, that we deem to be unsafe or dangerous. This includes, but is not limited to, bikes with:

• Structural damage or significant wear that compromises safety.
• Electrical systems that pose a risk of fire or other hazards.
• Modifications or installations that do not comply with safety standards.

2. Customer Responsibility

By agreeing to these terms by booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for informing us of any known issues with your bike, including any damage or modifications that may affect its safety or performance.

3. Liability

London Bike Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may result from the continued use of a bike that we have deemed unsafe and refused to service.

4. Storage Fees

Bikes must be collected within 3 days of completion or from the date of an unapproved quote. After this period, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of £5 per day. This covers the cost of storing your bike securely and ensures we can maintain a clear and functional workspace for other repairs.

5. Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge that cycling carries inherent risks, and London Bike Studio is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from mechanical failures or issues outside of our service.

6. “Corkage Fee” and supplying your own parts/accessories

If you want to supply your own parts or accessories, and we can supply the same or comparable products in a timely manner, we reserve the right to apply a fee of up to 20% on the labour charges. We will install them to the highest professional standards but beyond that, we are not responsible for its performance.
