About London Bike Studio
London Bike Studio is an independent bike shop and workshop in Stoke Newington, North London. We have an excellent reputation for outstanding customer service, a great workshop, and the best dog in town.
This is a Sales role, but with a strong focus on premium bikes, custom builds and technical customer advice, whilst helping to create a welcoming, knowledgeable and professional experience for everyone who walks into the shop.
This is a front-of-house role focused on customer service, retail sales, and supporting the day-to-day running of the shop floor. You’ll work closely with the Retail Manager and workshop team to ensure customers receive great service from the moment they arrive.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves bikes.

London Bike Studio has developed a reputation for custom builds, premium components, and thoughtful advice. While much of the role involves supporting day-to-day retail operations, you’ll also play an important part in helping customers bring dream builds to life and turning ideas into finished bikes.
