About the Shop

London Bike Studio is an independent bike shop and workshop in East London focused on high-quality repairs, good advice, and a welcoming space for everyone.

We are a community-driven bike shop and workshop with a green mindset, delivering the best, friendly customer service and repairs in a professional, efficient and down-to-earth manner. We sell a wide range of bikes, parts and accessories as well as custom bike builds, tailoring each ride to our customers' unique needs. We also love to share our knowledge through maintenance courses, allowing our customers to join in on the fun.

We’re a small team that cares about doing things properly — from the way we repair bikes to the way we look after customers. As the business grows, we’re professionalising our operation, with a clear team structure so everyone can focus on what they do best.

Retail Manager (not currently hiring)
Lead the day-to-day retail operations of the shop, support the team on the shop floor and help create a great experience for customers.
Start: June 2026 (earlier possible for the right person)

Sales & Custom build specialist

This is a Sales role with a strong focus on premium bikes, custom builds and technical customer advice, whilst helping to create a welcoming, knowledgeable and professional experience for everyone who walks into the shop.

Workshop manager (not currently hiring)

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

This role is ideal for a senior mechanic who enjoys both hands-on work and workshop leadership, and who is interested in improving systems, workflow and service quality.
